On Monday, August 22nd, Mistwood began a $6 million course renovation project. Construction will include:
- Relocating the green on hole #3 north of the creek.
- Building a golf learning center for winter practice.
- Constucting new tees to bring the course to 7,034 yards.
- Building stone bridges.
- Adding more sod wall bunkers throughout the course.
- Renovating the drainage and irrigation system.
We are very excited to be investing in our golf course at this time. This is a BIG project, and we anticipate the course will re-open in the spring of 2012.
