Chef Shamet has over 18 years of professional experience in the kitchen. In his Silver Plate award winning years at George Jewel Catering, Chef Shamet enjoyed cooking for the Chicago Bears and Cardinal Bernadine. As the Executive Chef of Georgis Catering he was voted #1 in the world in aviation catering. His clients included the Chicago Cubs, White Sox and Bulls, as well as Princess Diana, the Rolling Stones, Bruce Willis, Steven Spielberg, other Major League baseball teams, NBA basketball teams and major corporations.
